Diligencia Talent Consulting is led by President, Risa Seelenfreund.
Risa has been in the Leadership/Learning and Development field for over 20 years. She began her career as an in-house consultant working for media, information services, and biotech/pharmaceutical organizations. She developed leadership development programs, led high potential programs, trained hundreds of employees, and coached leaders.
When her children were young, and she wanted more flexibility, she transitioned to serving her clients as an external consultant. She hasn’t looked back since.
As President of Diligencia, Risa focuses on coaching leaders, designing leadership development programs, and training professionals.
Risa is passionate about helping adults to learn in the workplace. Seeing the lightbulb go on after someone has struggled to understand a concept or worked hard to demonstrate an effective behavior makes her excited to serve her clients every day.
Risa has her coaching credential (ACC) from the International Coach Federation. She is also a Certified Master Coach. She obtained her graduate degree in Education (Learning and Development) from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Education and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business. She holds certifications in Korn/Ferry (Lominger) tools and MBTI. Risa’s firm, Diligencia Talent Consulting, is a Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise by the City of New York and the Port Authority NY/NJ.
